If you are not familiar with the differences, the blaster boxes are more of “starters” with a better chance to collect the base set and less variety of insert sets. You’ll be able to collect base cards featuring characters from all your favorite Blizzard Entertainment games, plus two additional foil parallels. The two base set parallels that are specific to the blaster are the Horde Parallel and the Molten Core Parallel. In addition to exclusive parallels, you can pull some rare inserts from blaster boxes, such as the Art of Samwise insert, the Overwatch® Ultimate Ready insert, the Hearthstone® Innkeeper’s Collection Classic insert, and the Diablo® Horadric Cube insert.

Hobby boxes, on the other hand, have a wide range of inserts and rare cards. There will be additional foil parallels different from what is in the blaster boxes as well. You can find Art of Samwise cards in various styles, plus even a rare chance at artist sketch cards in these boxes. There are inserts to look out for, such as holographic cards, wood-cut Crest of War cards, and even the Realm Lords insert with diamond singularity stones. Collectors who purchase the hobby boxes will also have a chance to pull a 1 of 1 Gold Spectrum Parallel card!

Three trading cards featured; Base set of Thrall from Warcraft, DISCO Parallel numbered to 99 of Tracer from Overwatch, and Gold Spectrum Parallel 1 of 1 featuring Tyrael from Diablo

With the Innkeeper’s Collection cards, you are able to pull open the book in the back to reveal three holographic mini cards to collect as well! It’s like a set within a set featuring some of your favorite Hearthstone® cards. For the Horadric Cube insert, if you collect six cards you can use a punch-out feature and then assemble the cards into a cube of your own!

Be sure to look out on November 22nd for the Blizzard Legacy Collection trading card set in trading card stores, retail stores, and UpperDeckStore.com!
