National Hockey Card Day is one of our most cherished annual traditions at Upper Deck where collectors around the world get to open FREE NHL® cards from participating retailers! We’re excited to continue this tradition on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Interest in collecting Upper Deck NHL® cards is at an all-time high. As the number of new collectors continues to grow; Upper Deck is bringing National Hockey Card Day to sever new countries, including China, Germany, France, Austria, Sweden and the Czech Republic. The United States and Canada each have an exclusive set that will be available at participating retailers in the respective countries. International stores will carry the same set as the U.S.
Both the Canadian and American sets are made up of sixteen cards consisting of five rookies, five veterans and five legends. The 16th card is available as a gift with a $10 purchase of an Upper Deck product at the participating shops, featuring incredible moments from No. 1 NHL® Draft pick, Alexis Lafrenière.

Back by popular demand are the mascot cards! Ten mascot cards are available and will be randomly inserted into these packs.
Canadian collectors are in for a treat! At retail stores throughout Canada, you can get a free 8-card sheet. London Drugs and Toys ‘R Us will be providing these 8-card sheets at participating locations on Saturday, July 24, 2021! Visit UpperDeck.com/NHCD for which locations you should visit.
