Champions of Meridell Main Characters

Lisha
Lisha travelled through a portal back in time to the Kingdom of Meridell with her friends, where she was reunited with her long-lost brother Jeran. She played a vital role in helping defend the kingdom against Lord Darigan’s and Lord Kass’ forces.

Morris
Friend of Lisha that traveled back in time to Meridell with her. Morris helped the kingdom fight against Lord Darigan and his troops and later Lord Kass and his troops.

Count Boris
A friend of Lisha that traveled back in time to Meridell. He defended the kingdom of Meridell in both the Champions of Meridell and the Battle for Meridell.

Kayla
Another friend of Lisha that traveled back in time to Meridell. There, Kayla runs the Magic Shop in Meridell Castle, where she makes magical potions and sells them. In the Meridell-Darigan wars, Kayla created a potion that was able to increase the native Turtum Petpets to a gargantuan size. Saving the Kingdom of Meridell from the evil Lord Kass.

Jeran
The long-lost brother of Lisha and the greatest knight in the kingdom of Meridell. He fought bravely on behalf of King Skarl against the forces of Lord Darigan and Lord Kass. He proved to be an excellent commander leading Meridell forces through successful attacks.

King Skarl
The greedy ruler of Meridell known for his bad temper and his large appetite. Though viewed as grumpy he ruled the kingdom of Meridell with fairness. In return his kingdom has displayed great loyalty to its mighty king who’s actually slightly smarter than he looks.

Lord Darigan
Ruler of the Darigan Citadel, bent on revenge after Meridell stole the magic orb. His minions stopped at nothing until they returned the orb to their master. However the orb worked its foul magic on Lord Darigan and turned his once honest heart evil. Lord Darigan fell from power after this but rose again to claim back his citadel and declare peace with Meridell again.

Darigan’s Orb
Also known as the Orb of Prosperity created by scholars and Lord Darigan. This magical orb was believed to prevent disease and famine from crossing into the borders of the kingdom that possessed it. Possession of this magical orb was at the root of the Meridell-Darigan wars.

Lord Kass
Former general in Lord Darigan’s army who rose to power after Lord Darigan’s fall. He gathered Darigan troops to attack the kingdom of Meridell once again. Failing yet again to defeat Meridell’s noble defenders and reclaim the orb, his fate was left in the hands of The Three.

Sally
A young farmer who offered refuge to an ill and hungry Korbat. Sally fed this Korbat leftovers and let him stay in her barn. She even nicknamed him Mr. Scary not knowing his true identity.

Mr. Scary
A weak and defeated Korbat that sought refuge at Sally’s farm. Once he was nursed back to health, it was revealed that Mr. Scary was actually Lord Darigan after being defeated in the Champions of Meridell.

The Court Dancer
The daughter of Morguss, who was sent into King Skarl’s castle under the rouse of being a gift from Lord Kass. The real reason she was sent into the castle was to distract the Meridellians by entrancing them with her bewitching dance allowing Lord Kass and his army to sneak up to the gates of Meridell.

Morguss
A scheming old witch who served Lord Darigan and Lord Kass. During the Meridell-Darigan wars she was tasked with zombifying peasants and Petpets, as well as crafting powerful potions for the Darigan army.

Master Vex
The dungeon master of the Darigan Citadel. He was one of the few to resist Lord Kass during his rule, as a result he was locked in his own dungeons.

General Galgarroth
Lord Darigan’s right-hand man. Although he appears to be evil, his intentions remain true-believing he is doing what is best for his people.

Green Knight
Challenger who fought Lord Darigan in the first Meridell war. He once was one of Master Vex’s inmates, but eventually joined forces with him to defeat Lord Kass.

The Three
Three malevolent spirits who influenced both Lord Darigan and Lord Kass during the Meridell – Darigan wars. They are known to easily influence anyone to choose Greed, Ambition, or Revenge over doing good.

Spectre of Lord Darigan
The twisted demonic version of Lord Darigan, engulfed by rage and the desire to be all-powerful.

Psellia
A peaceful Air Faerie who rescued Jeran from certain death when he fell from the Darigan Citadel during the Battle for Meridell.
