Authorized Group Breakers
Authorized Group Breakers (AGB’s) are Certified Diamond Dealers (CDD’s) who are also heavily in the breaking community of the hobby. The AGB program is a network of selected CDD’s who offer a professional and exciting environment, when breaking our products. We provide our AGB’s exclusive promotional items throughout the year to help deliver a more exciting experience with their customers and collectors. Our AGB’s and their customers are fully supported by our Customer Service Department. If an AGB experiences an issue while breaking any of our current Hobby products that have been released within 180 days, our Customer Service department will assist to help find a resolution or replacement. A receipt for the break and video link would need to be provided.
